Is The Flavor Experience 2012 open to the public?

How many people from my company may attend the event?
Operators: no limit on the number of individuals from a specific company.
Suppliers: must be a sponsor of The Flavor Experience. Non-sponsor supplier participation is limited to 3X or more advertisers in Flavor & The Menu, maximum of 2 attendees at $1,995 pp . Corporate/Research chef – or mfg. wishing to “check out” the Flavor Experience for future sponsorship, call Sharyn Iler at 805-650-1461.
How much does it cost to be a sponsor of The Flavor Experience 2012?
Sponsor pricing ranges from $13,500 – $30,000, depending on level of participation. Sponsor level and category are determined by conference management. Does the Newport Beach Hyatt Regency have a group rate for Flavor Experience attendees?
YES. The rate of $219 + tax in this peak of the high season in Newport Beach. The rate expires July 4 or until the block is full, whichever comes first. The earlier you make your reservations, the better. Hotel reservations link
How far is the airport from the hotel?
Orange County/ John Wayne Airport is just 10 minutes from the Hyatt. The hotel offers complimentary transportation to and from the airport. Visit the Location page on this site for schedule and details.
May I bring a guest or my family to The Flavor Experience 2012?
The Flavor Experience has Hospitality Guest registrations available for purchase. This allows attending executives to have a spouse or friend join them for the evening events on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Hospitality registration is $300 for all 3 evenings, or $100 per evening if purchased individually. Hospitality badges are a different color and do not gain entry for that person into any of the daytime presentations, tastings, or meals.
What is the suggested attire during The Flavor Experience 2012?
Business or Resort Casual is the requested attire throughout, with the exception of Wednesday evening’s Ultimate Flavor Festival, which is completely casual attire…jeans, flip flops and all (no bathing suits).
